These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cuirden.com and purchases from Cuirden. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Pre-launch notice: These are interim terms. Cuirden’s legal entity name, business address, governing state, and monitored legal contact must be confirmed before checkout is opened to the public.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Product information
We aim to describe products, materials, colors, measurements, finishes, and availability accurately. Leather and other natural materials may show variations in grain, texture, shade, markings, and patina. Screen settings and photography may also affect how colors appear. These natural or display-related variations are not necessarily defects.
Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout where available. You are responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Orders and acceptance

Made-to-order and customized products
Made-to-order, personalized, altered, monogrammed, or otherwise customized products may require additional production time and may be non-returnable except where defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law. Any special terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Promotions
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, eligibility restrictions, dates, inventory limits, and exclusions. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens its systems, use content for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of Cuirden or others.
Intellectual property

User content
If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful and accurate. You grant Cuirden a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuirden will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum will be finalized after Cuirden’s legal entity and principal place of business are confirmed. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
